Adecco US, Inc. TEMP Site Merchandising & Operations Coordinator - ONSITE in Boston, Massachusetts
Adecco Staffing is hiring a temporary Site Merchandising & Operations Coordinator for an international footwear company in Boston! This is a 4-6 month contract ON-SITE, located in Boston, Massachusetts.
Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
Pay: $27-$30/hr Depending on experience
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- •Learn our site platform and content management systems, support in placing and removing content for the homepage and inner pages•Brief requests for upcoming site content needs for key launches, seasonal messaging, etc.•Support management of the Site Merchandising Product tracker ensuring new launches are added appropriately and launched on time•Support building the content calendar ensuring we request everything needed for future initiatives, launches, messages, etc.•Assist in updating daily inventory in the Merch Tracker •Assist with item set up as needed - changing dates and/or updating data fields (Salsify, FMS, and Forter)•Support with Ecom team finance/PO process, Gift Card setup process, Donation SKU setup, Review URL creation for brand ambassadors/athletes•Involvement in quarterly content deck process, pulling together plans a quarter in advance to share out with the organization
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in marketing, or a college degree in marketing/business.
Invoicing and receiving payments from clientele.
Marketing experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
