About the Team – Trust and Integrity Protection (TrIP)
In the Trust and Integrity Protection (TrIP)’s third party team, we know that suppliers and partners are a key component in our business strategy and execution, but that we also need to ensure we understand and manage the associated risks when working with them.
Our dynamic and passionate team is expanding, and we are looking for a Third-Party Risk Compliance Manager to help us design and implement the projects that will improve the health of the third party ecosystem in MCAPS organization.
Responsibilities
Lead projects: Creates project charters and success criteria for third party risk reduction projects, identifies resource needs; creates project plans and leads project team meetings; tracks progress and deliverables, risks, and action items
Third party knowledge: Brings knowledge of the third party sales and delivery ecosystem in MCS to help shape and direct risk reduction programs.
Communicate: Keeps relevant stakeholders informed on project status and engage proactively to help mitigate risks and resolve issues
Collaborate: Build and maintain relationships across the third party business and corporate compliance communities
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience in third party risk and compliance management

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $92,600 and $138,100.
At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
