The Trust Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting operations of the Major Gifts Communications and Engagement Communications teams, as well as managing a portfolio of ongoing projects. This will include managing the document library, providing editorial support (preparing photo files, creating PDFs, assisting with production) for Trust publications and events, and coordinating project timelines and reviews. The portfolio of ongoing projects may include copy writing and basic design for development and event collateral, and taking on special projects as assigned.

This position will be fully remote.

This Trust Communications Coordinator will:

  • Manage the document library

  • Update materials monthly

  • Provide training to new Trust staff

  • Provide project management for publications

  • Maintain editorial and production timelines

  • Coordinate photoshoots and photo files

  • Track content reviews and patient consents

  • Manage and produce event communications

  • Track deliverables, timelines, and reviews

  • Write and produce event collateral, including digital invitations and programs

  • Provide photo archive support

  • Create photo contact sheets

    To qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least 2 years of related experience; Nonprofit, Healthcare, or Research Communications experience is preferred.

  • Strict attention to detail; excellent project management, planning and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong writing and basic design skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Acrobat)

  • Knowledge of HubSpot, SmartSheet, Paperless Post is desired.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet multiple deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
