What You Will Do :

The Vice President – Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for providing strategy, direction, leadership, customer service and successful service delivery for the CRC Engagements for various hospital(s). In addition to the foregoing, this position shall be responsible to perform account management or other job functions as directed by the specifically requested by the Partner, Comprehensive Revenue Cycle Solutions. The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Operations is directly responsible for maintaining and achieving client retention, performance, growth and profit goals for the identified Company’s activities, as assigned. As a key member of Comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management (CRCM) Operations team, he/she is responsible for promoting the growth and profitability of the Company, achieving referenceable customers on a national basis and assuring appropriate leadership talent to achieve such growth and profitability at our customer’s place of business.

  • Effectively manages rapid growth, delivers strong performance and profitability of the region.

  • Provides focus, direction, and leadership for all Comprehensive Revenue Cycle (CRCS) Solution engagements within the assigned hospital(s).

  • Establishes standards and processes to ensure each engagement follows the CRC model.

  • Works collaboratively with Consulting, BI, OD and National Leaders in PA, HIM and PFS Operations.

  • Assures that annual revenue and profit goals for his/her region are met or exceeded.

  • Assures the breadth and depth of qualified human resources (recruitment and training, retention) to support the Company’s rapid and well-managed growth and to provide for the orderly succession of management and key departmental employees within the assigned hospital(s).

  • Establishes and facilitates the CRC on Site Leadership Team within the assigned hospital(s).

  • Problems are difficult and moderately complex. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and solve problems.

  • Establishes Customer Relationships throughout the C-Suite and delivers monthly Operating Reviews of Performance.

Client Responsibility

Vice President – Revenue Cycle Operations is expected to serve as a key resource in both new client development and existing customer retention within the assigned hospital(s).

What You Will Need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 15 years in hospital/physician revenue cycle management; preferably in a multi-hospital system.

  • Exhibits robust knowledge in functional areas of revenue cycle

  • Ability to assess priorities to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner

  • Ability to collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information related to revenue cycle operations and CRCM models

  • Strong Leadership skills, a solid team orientation and executive presence.

  • Experience developing and managing to budgets.

  • Critical thinker and decision maker.

  • A strong and proven track record of developing, presenting and implementing healthcare revenue cycle programs that are aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives to create a “best practices” Hospital Revenue Cycle.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Additional consulting/outsourcing experience a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $199,200.00-$348,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
