We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager . Working under minimal supervision the Senior Manager, Global PMO has a critical leadership role bringing our Imaging products to the market. Working closely with leadership across Watson Health Imaging, the Senior Manager will coordinate, lead, execute, and report up on all required deliverables for bringing our Medical Devices to our customers.
This candidate will be required to execute all product innovation through the structure of the Quality Management System and will have overall accountability to compliance.
Essential Responsibilities :
High-level and detailed project and release planning, management of project and releases, reporting progress and status against goals and requirements
Collaboration across disciplines and teams (Offering, Research & Development, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to ensure projects and releases are completed on time and to the required standards
Lead, mentor, and inspire team members cross-functionally to accomplish group goals
Direct oversight of product KPI metrics, including post-market evaluations and recommended actions
Is comfortable presenting in front of a large audience
Create and sustain a focus on customer focused innovation, efficiency and balanced risk management
Maintain compliance within a highly regulated environment
Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably software development project management
Strong written and oral communication with the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and professional manner
Advanced judgment, problem resolution, organizational, cross-collaboration, conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skills
3+ years of experience working under a Quality Management System
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably software development project management
5+ years of experience working under a Quality Management System
Experience working with FDA submissions for Medical Devices preferred
