Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in the property management industry, located in Bourne, Massachusetts, United States. As a Property Administrator, you will be expected to manage leasing applications, oversee communication channels, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Management of leasing applications with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

• Excellent management of phone, email, and calendar systems to ensure smooth internal operations.

• Consistently provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.

• Usage of Accounting Software Systems and CRM for various administrative tasks.

• Handle accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Oversee billing functions and manage budget processes using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and ADP - Financial Services.

• Maintain and update records in the Management System as required. Requirements
