Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Attorney in Braintree, Massachusetts. This role is primarily focused on privilege review for document production and document review to assist with discovery within the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct privilege review for document production

• Engage in document review to aid with discovery

• Use Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat for document handling and management

• Utilize skills in Civil Litigation and Complaint Handling for litigation proceedings

• Manage client billing accurately and efficiently using 3M software

• Manage and administer claims using your skills in Claim Administration

• Utilize Conveyancer for property law matters

• Use your experience in Consumer Electronics for technology-related cases

• Prepare and present briefings on case progress and outcomes

• Maintain accurate customer records and resolve customer inquiries. Requirements • Must be a experience in attorney with relevant experience in legal practice.

• Proficiency in using 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, and Conveyancer is crucial.

• Document Management skills are required for managing, storing, and tracking electronic documents and records.

• Experience in Briefing, Civil Litigation, Claim Administration, and Complaint Handling is expected.

• An understanding of Consumer Electronics would be advantageous.

• The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines is essential.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

• The candidate should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Must maintain the highest level of detail oriented ethics and integrity.

• Adherence to all local, state, and federal legal regulations governing the practice of law is expected.

• Continual learning and staying updated with current laws and regulations is necessary.
