Description Customer Service Representatives will be interested in Robert Half's new position if they love building solid customer relationships. This position is located in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.

What you get to do every day

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Foundational knowledge in Dispatching

  • Inbound Outbound Calls experience required

  • Deep understanding of Answering Inbound Calls

  • Customer service experience

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Experience with Microsoft Office required

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
