Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm Location: Brewster, MA Qualifications: High School diploma and maintenance experience required. Skills in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Valid Driver\'s License. Responsibilities: Maintain Latham Centers\' facilities, grounds, and properties. Collaborate with various staff members and respect student interactions. Report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor Perform plumbing, heating, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Manage automotive maintenance for school vehicles. Maintain grounds and assist with miscellaneous tasks. Provide care to students with disabilities as needed. Be available for occasional on-call maintenance issues.
