Vitra Health is a Home Health Care organization specializing in the care management of adults and seniors. We are a rapidly growing company that was started to improve access to quality home health care services. We rate ourselves solely by the quality of care we provide our clients. We realize that our clients are someone's parent, grandparent, child, friend, or neighbor – we pride ourselves on never taking this fact for granted.
HHA Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Must be able to travel to clients' homes within the assigned region
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Must maintain a working mobile device with cellular data access for Electronic Visit Verification/Scheduling System
Current CPR certification (this can be provided)
Home Health Aide - HHA and Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA candidates must provide a valid certification
Ability to conduct oneself with a positive and professional attitude, and demonstrate respect and compassion towards colleagues and clients
All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or submit for a medical or religious exemption
HHA Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulating, eating, and toileting) and homemaking according to the plan of care.
