Job Description

A retail client of Insight Global is hiring for a Tech Writer local to Boston, MA to work remotely. In this position documentation will include technical standards, procedures, inventories, how-to-guides, and other artifacts. The Tech Writer will develop key reference materials for the IT network team, to be used by various stakeholders to plan, build and support network infrastructure.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years of IT enterprise experience

• Previous experience in a Tech Writer role

• Strong understanding of IT networking

• Local to Boston MA - Former hands on engineer experience would be preferred

• Bachelor's Degree null
