Patient Screener, Temporary Position - 40 hours per week. Day 5a to 5 p. Every other weekend
Calling all hospitality industry staff that have been impacted by the crisis, we have temporary opportunities for you to help us keep our patients and staff safe!

Duties and Responsibilities
Screens and greets patients, visitors, and staff as they enter building by asking them questions based on CDC guidelines related to COVID-19.
Provides feedback to patients, visitors, and staff while escalating appropriately if they screen in on any of the screening questions.
Follows policies and procedures set up by hospital to ensure safe screening process by correctly wearing PPE and practicing social distancing.
Communicates with compassion and respect when engaging patients, visitors, and staff as they enter the building.
Follows all hospital policies related to infection control, hand hygiene, and safety.

Must possess strong customer service skills.
Must be able to work under pressure, possess problem solving skills Being an active listener.
Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
Ability to use a 2 way radio

EDUCATION: High School or Equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Customer Service or Hospitality Experience Preferred.
