JLS Mailing Services Account Manager in Brockton, Massachusetts
The JLS Account Manager is accountable for all aspects relating to providing a positive and productive customer experience with JLS' services. This individual converts successfully 'closed' sales estimates for printing and/or mailing projects across a wide variety of well-respected NE area companies into orders of same. This individual interfaces daily with customers to gather details about their orders, inputs them into a cloud-based order entry system, assesses inventory needed and manages quality and sign-offs throughout the entire production process. The Account Manager also monitors the process for each job to ensure top quality and accuracy of the work done on the Production floor. Once these projects are produced, the Account Manager also gathers and assembles all relevant paperwork in order to create an accurate summary of the job and to invoice each client. Special Skills - Previous account management or customer service/order processing experience desired; - Printing or postal industry experience helpful - Outstanding service to customers is a priority, as is attention to detail and the ability to understand order financials and modest calculations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service to employees and customers Computer Skills - Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) - Knowledge of Quickbooks helpful but not required $40,000 - $75,000/ year depending on experience.
