Brockton Hospital Director of Security in Brockton, Massachusetts
The Director of Security has overall responsibility for SHBH Security and parking programs. Incumbent is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for hospital patients, visitors, and employees. Incumbent is responsible for the identification, development, implementation, and management of the hospital’s security and parking strategies, programs, and personnel. This position requires demonstrated leadership skills, ability to gain consensus, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Management or related field. Military Service years can replace Education Qualifications. At least two years of healthcare security experience in a setting similar to Brockton Hospital. At least five years serving in a management position where the manager was responsible for at least the number of associates he/she will manage at Brockton Hospital. Law enforcement management experience accepted.
