AmergisEducational Staffing is partnered with a school in Brockton, MA who iscurrently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to work with students on a contractual basis.

Details of the Position Include:

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA)

PayRate: Upto $66/ hour (based on experience)

Location: Brockton, MA

StartDate: ASAP

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-3:30pm

JobDescription: Weare seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our elementary school team. The BCBA will be responsible for providingbehavioral support and intervention services to a caseload of approximately30-35 students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AppliedBehavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working in a school setting.

Experience:Must have 1+ years of experience, Massachusetts BCBA certification.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

  • Current CPR if applicable

  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
