Executive Chef (Brockton) Responsibilities: - Create, develop, and plan menus in collaboration with the management team - Oversee all aspects of food service management, including ordering, inventory control, and budgeting - Ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation - Train and supervise kitchen staff in kitchen skills, proper food handling, and safety procedures - Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen - Stay current on recent trends in the restaurant industry Skills: - People management skills including training, development, disciplinary matters, & scheduling - Extensive experience in menu planning and food service management - Strong knowledge of food management principles and techniques - Proficient in all aspects of food preparation, including cooking techniques and presentation - Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent organizational skills for inventory control and ordering supplies Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
