Employee must have strong customer service focus; handle calls, emails and in-person encounters with high degree of professionalism. Must have excellent PC skills - MS Office Suite. Skills with data entry and reporting in Meditech strongly preferred. Must work well as a part of team, assisting others when needed. Must be able to keep information confidential. Strong customer service skills (phone, in person, via email). Strong computer skills with excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite. Ability to respond to questions from employees, applicants, and vendors in a professional manner. Familiarity with applicant tracking software and on-line job posting boards. Familiarity with Meditech highly desirable. Must be willing to help implement Lean in HR. Maintains recruitment statistics and reports. Maintains data on Balance Score Card. Provide professional customer service to employees and applicants in person, over phone or via email. Posts job requisitions on Applicant tracking system. Manages the pre-hire CORI process. Assists with new employee orientation. Updates the monthly/annual list for licenses, certifications, safety tests, and other data. Verifies licenses at primary source. Assists in Performance management process. Does data entry into Meditech of employee records. Supports HR Business Partners: assists with candidate flow, interviews, offer packets, and new hire paperwork.
