BAYADA Home Health Care is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to fill the position of anRN Clinical Managerfor ourQuincy, MA State programsoffice. This office provides best of care for adult and geriatric patients throughout the Norfolk and Surrounding Counties. At BAYADA , the RN Clinical Manager is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team that will work closely under the delegation and guidance of the Clinical Manager to supervise assistive personnel.

Description:

  • Participate in the hiring, training, and competency of field staff and interview process, as applicable.

  • Participate in new hire orientations of assistive personnel and client-specific orientations to client care, safety precautions, procedures and treatments, documentation, and BAYADA policies and practices.

  • Supervising assistive personnel through observing care rendered in the home and through review of documentation to ensure services meet state supervisory requirements.

  • Report any changes in the client’s condition or unmet social determinant health and safety needs to the Clinical Manager, Director, physician, and other client care management entities as directed.

  • Functioning as a liaison between field and office staff.

  • Act as a client advocate, as appropriate.

  • Make regular client visits, as per policy.

  • Coordinate discharge planning process with the client, and other team members.

  • Perform admissions, assesments, and assist with creating client care plans.

    Qualifications:

  • Holds a current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the state of MA.

  • Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program.

  • Has at least one year of verifiable work experience as a Registered Nurse.

  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement.

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow past current position.
