Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Process all incoming Customer andAccount maintenance request.Requestsmay include customer address changes, name changes; combined statements andtelephone number changes as well as various other requests. Adhere to allUnited States Postal Service guidelines as well as regulations Privacy ofConsumer Financial Information and Gramm, Leach, Bliley Act.

  • Research all Return Mail from theU.S. Postal Service.Mail letters tocustomers for signature approval for change of addresses received by theUSPS.Code specific account mailings as“bad address” when no new or current address is available.The coding is done via the Return MailDatabase / MassExchange processing.

  • Perform Quality Control on all CISmaintenance performed by others in the CIS Department. Identify and report allnon-adherences to CIS standards to the Supervisor immediately.

  • Daily data entry of residentialmortgage, consumer, business banking loans through respective manual orautomated interface applications and balances daily work. Reviews theinterfaced data and manually inputs appropriate fields. (Regulations impactedRESPA and Flood).

  • Processing Consumer loan andCollections daily maintenance requests, including all Bankruptcy maintenance.Review and resolve all Credit Disputes received thru E-Oscar, Sales Manager,daily mail or customer service, as well as completing all associated responseswithin required time frames. Research and resolve complex issues relating toconsumer loans.

  • Ensure all advances, payments,returns and payoffs on commercial, mortgage, installment and participationbought loans are processed within our service standards. Ensure discrepanciesare researched and resolved on the following daily reports - unposted,unapplied, maintenance cross check, unposted equity items from DepositOperations. Any signatures that reject from the Deposit Operation check arevalidated.

  • Ensure all escrowed Taxes areupdated in system and paid in a timely manner. All delinquent reporting ofnon-escrowed taxes are resolved in a timely manner. All late issuance of Taxesis communicated to the appropriate departments.

  • Ensure all escrowed HomeownersInsurance is updated in system and paid in a timely manner. All PrivateMortgage insurance is updated in system and paid in timely manner. All escrowedFlood Insurance is updated in system and paid in a timely manner.

  • Maintains proficiency inregulatory compliance and industry developments for all areas.

  • Performs related and unrelatedduties as needed or assigned by management

  • Ability to balance dailypriorities and volumes

  • Ability to research and resolvecustomer issues

  • communicates to management, trendsand/or recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity within thedepartment.

  • Ability to multi task.

  • 2-4 years banking experience isrequired

  • Completion of high school degreeor equivalent required.

  • Good research and communicationskills

  • Common loan knowledge

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • A basic understanding of loanlegal documentation

  • Good working knowledge of IBSInsight

  • Loan knowledge including, but notlimited to, billing receivables, accruals, must be able to interpret and followloan notes, bills/statements and bank policies and procedures.
