Brockton Hospital Nursing Instructor - Per Diem in Brockton, Massachusetts
Challenging opportunity to help shape the future of nursing by working as a Nursing Instructor The R.N. Diploma School of Nursing established in 1897 is a unit of Signature Healthcare and fully accredited by the ACEN. The school graduates close to 100 students annually, and articulates with RN-BSN programs in the area. Eligible students also receive an Associate's degree from Fisher College.
The Nursing Instructor will plan and assume clinical teaching responsibilities, supervise and measure students' clinical performance at clinical and community placements. Advise students of their progress and prepare educational plans as needed. Complete clinical evaluations at mid and end of every rotation. Requires current Massachusetts RN license and a Masters Degree in Nursing.
The applicant must have clinical psych and mental health required.
CNE desired. Copy of transcript from Master's degree program will be required as part of the screening process. Assignments are generally 1 or 2 days/evenings per week for the semester.
