General Statement of Duties: Provide direct one-to-one support and advocacy to youth in the FEP program. Ensure ‘youth voice’ throughout the care planning process. Are you someone with lived experience or treated someone with a serious mental health and/or substance misuse disorder and willing to serve in a peer role?

This will encompass uniquely tailored services according to the identified needs of the youth and family based on the clinical assessment. Through shared decision making, an evidenced-based treatment plan is developed. Services may include individual therapy, family therapy, medication management, case management, employment/education support, psychoeducation, and mentoring.
