Riverside Community Care Assistant Program Director of Family Support Services - Internal Only in Burlington, Massachusetts

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as an Assistant Program Director of Family Support Services!

As Assistant Program Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that services and supports are provided in accordance with Riverside’s Mission Statement and policies, and consistent with DDS and Family Support standards and regulatory requirements.

The Assistant Program Director will:

  • Assist Program Director in development of annual program goals and objectives

  • Ensure that programs services, policies, and records meet all relevant objectives

  • Maintain positive relationships with funding source representatives through regular, open dialogue

  • In conjunction with Program Director, respond to concerns as per Riverside and DDS policies and procedures while ensuring completion of reports and follow up as indicated

  • Maintain regular communication with program staff, DDS, families, and other involved parties to ensure that individuals receive quality service

  • Supervise and manage program respite and relief staff in collaboration with the Program Director

    This a 40 hour per week position offering competitive salary and excellent benefit's package.

    Rate: $25.00/hour

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

  • Demonstrated ability to operate a computer including (Microsoft Word and Excel and Email/ Internet) required

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate, and motivate others, as well as to work as a member of a team and to function independently required

  • Valid drivers’ license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required

Required Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field required.

  • Three years of related experience, including at least one year in a supervisory and management capacity, required
