The purpose of this internship is to prepare college juniors and seniors for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of a B2B software organization to include theory and practical application of attained knowledge.

You will join the Product Management team’s Customer Insights program to manage various projects with aim to increase understanding of customer needs, strategy and feedback. You will support both new and existing projects and aid with communication to stakeholders, preparing performance reports, and managing project deliverables.

  • Schedule insight meetings between the customer insights program and various internal and external stakeholders

  • Notate feedback collected in each meeting into an easy to read report to share with the product team to help guide product strategy

  • Assist in analyzing feedback to find trends and key areas of attention

  • Draft performance reports utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data

  • Develop a feedback loop to easily collect and share insights throughout the company

  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow

  • Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic and/or extracurricular experiences

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

  • Be able to work independently and balance multiple concurrent projects

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Prior experience in project management a plus.
