Wellforce Desktop Support Engineer in Burlington, Massachusetts
As a Desktop Support Engineer for our busy company you’ll join our dedicated team of professionals. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and can work in an office environment with other specialists and clinical professionals. As a Desk Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring technology trends and providing guidance on the incorporation of modern technology into the company’s existing programs. We are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills and is able to multitask and work under deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field is preferred.
Deliver support for reported problems with desktop computers, laptops, printers, peripherals and mobile devices.
Install and configure desktop computer hardware, software and peripherals using standard procedures.
Accountable for the continuous support and future planning needs of the company’s desktop environment
Collaborate with vendors and various teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Assess new product versions and recommend upgrade schedules
Create maintain and distribute software images
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of related work experience
Superb customer service skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of PC and MAC hardware
Understanding of imaging software
