Robert Half Marketing Operations Specialist in Burlington, Massachusetts

Description

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting all aspects of marketing operations, including catalog compilation, product listings, database maintenance, and website maintenance. This job is within the industry and offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support all aspects of marketing operations.

• Coordinate and implement effective marketing plans, strategies, and materials.

• Maintain and expand databases to ensure accurate information is available.

• Collaborate with product management to make product support materials easily accessible to sales and customers.

• Evaluate competitive landscape and industry trends to gain a competitive advantage.

• Maintain and update website content and materials.

• Assist in the production of relevant catalog and technical website content and materials.

• Use Content Management System (CMS), CRM, and Database skills to effectively manage marketing projects.

• Support product listings and catalog compilation.

• Use Project Coordination and Project Management skills to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) is necessary.

• Must have experience working with CRM systems.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain databases effectively.

• Prior experience in organizing and managing Trade Shows is required.

• Proven experience in Project Coordination and Project Management is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, both written and verbal.

• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

• Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Must have a proactive approach to work, with a strong drive to exceed expectations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
