Keurig Dr Pepper National Account Executive, Office Depot Retail & Dotcom in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Overview

The National Account Executive (NAE) will be responsible for managing Keurig Dr Pepper’s Ecommerce and Retail partnership with Office Depot. The NAE will serve as a key member of the sales team who contributes to the strategic direction of the customer relationship. This role contributes to the overall AFH sales targets by delivering new sales of Keurig products through Office Depot.

This individual must proactively partner with internal KDP resources that influence and help drive execution of the strategic plan and assist in promotional planning, ROI tracking, digital shelf planning, & omni strategy to maximize results. This role will can be remote based but will require travel to Office Depot (Boca Raton FL) for key meetings.


  • Manage OD HQ relationships to drive organizational alignment through all levels of Sales and Marketing in both Retail and Dotcom Divisions.

  • Drive new ways of working with Office Depot to enhance consumer experience and retain/ grow customer base

  • Deliver on monthly, quarterly and annual conversion rate, transactions and revenue forecasts • Build the promotion strategy including daily, weekly, monthly promotions for business customers to achieve key performance metrics

  • Drive digital shelf improvements, leading efforts to continually optimize product content and site search to maximize conversion & ensure in stock positions on key items

  • Lead brainstorming efforts to improve site engagement & conversion, including site functionality, product enhancements, new self-service tools & more

  • Hands-on analysis in Google Analytics and other analytics tools to bring forward trends and collaborate cross-functionally to create new reporting to closely track KPIs

  • Oversee the flawless execution of new items added to the site, including new item setup, in stock position, & driving merchandising & marketing efforts to increase adoption of new products

  • Lead site personalization efforts to create an engaging and relevant user experience

  • Aid in ongoing planning to forecast sales, conversion and product trends

  • Working closely with internal and external Creative, Product, Marketing and Sales partners, guide and lead development and activation of integrated Digital Merchandising plans


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of Merchandising, Buying, Online Marketing, eCommerce, or other relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated experience pro-actively solving complex problems

  • Record of delivering results, particularly driving growth

  • Data-driven decision-making skills and a willingness to move quickly

  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with internal cross-functional and agency partners
