The Department of Radiology at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, a founding member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a BC/BE Abdominal Radiologist to join an exceptional practice that offers:

Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is a 335-bed tertiary care facility ambulatory care center with a Level I Trauma Center and the largest Live Donor Adult Liver Transplant program in the country, which serves as a teaching hospital for University of Massachusetts Medical School. In addition, our physicians hold faculty appointments at Tufts University Medical School. Lahey maintains residency and fellowship programs for more than 170 physicians-in-training across many subspecialties.

The successful applicant will join a dynamic section of 10 Abdominal Radiologists in a department of approximately 45 diagnostic and interventional radiologists, with 22 radiology residents and 2 fellows. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong clinical background, an interest in resident teaching, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous practice improvement. Proficiency in all modalities of abdominal imaging, including MRI, CT, US, Xray, and Fluoro is expected. Case mix includes chest imaging. No procedures required.

Candidates must be ABR eligible or certified in Diagnostic Radiology. They should be up to date on current abdominal imaging practices to engage with Hepatobiliary, Gastroenterology, Colorectal Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, and Oncology colleagues, be willing to actively engage in clinical conferences and tumor boards, peer learning, and resident education. They can expect to join a collegial group that encourages interests in teaching, research, and administration while maintaining an important work life balance.
