Keurig Dr Pepper R&D Beverage and Sauce Summer Intern in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Overview

Our internship will run from June 2021 - August 2021. As an intern at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will be a part of the beverage revolution. You will be innovating, designing, testing, and marketing the way beverages are consumed worldwide. Each intern will have real responsibilities and will be provided opportunities to grow professionally.   • You will engage and partner on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment.

  • You will present a final presentation to your team, peers, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business.

  • You will network and learn about other functions at Keurig Dr Pepper through a Lunch & Learn series.


The R&D Summer Intern will support the team on innovation and basic research projects. Project scope will include conducting scientific research and leading the technical portion of the project in a cross-functional team environment:

  • Gain understanding of basics in product development.

  • Apply knowledge of properties and interactions of raw materials to the development of new products and improvement of existing products.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic R&D environment.



  • Pursuing a Food Science Bachelor’s degree (Juniors/Seniors)

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Strong scientific background and training

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Self-motivated and takes initiative

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong creative and problem solving skills

  • Highly collaborative communication and good presentation skills

  • Ability to rapidly learn new skills with minimal direction

  • Available from mid-May to mid-August 2021
