Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be based in our office, working within the Administrative industry. The Receptionist will handle a range of administrative duties including managing the front desk, greeting clients, data entry and other office administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

• Greet and assist clients as they enter the building, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

• Handle data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform office administration tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

• Direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel swiftly and professionally.

• Ensure all receptionist duties are carried out in line with company standards and procedures. Requirements • Proficient in Administrative Office tasks including organizing, scheduling, and managing documents

• Ability to Direct Phone Calls to appropriate departments or individuals in a professional manner

• Familiarity with Receptionist Duties such as greeting visitors, managing appointments, and providing information to inquiries

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels

• Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of incoming calls

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A degree in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
