Registered Nurse (RN) Vascular Access RN 36 Hours Day/Night Rotation

Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is now offering up to a $5,000 in signing bonuses for our Vascular Access RN positions. Vascular Access RN position must be licensed with at least one (1) year of RN experience to be eligible for the signing bonus.

Important Details:

• Signing Bonuses are paid out in three payments. You will receive your first payment (one third of the total amount) upon completion of the first 30 days of employment. You will receive the second payment upon completion of six (6) months and the third payment (final of the total amount) owe upon completion of one year following your start date. The bonus payments will be paid on the next regular pay day following the date on which you become eligible for the bonus. All payments are subject to applicable taxes.

• Full time status at LHMC is considered for the schedules greater than or equal to 30 hours per week; part-time is 20-29 hours per week. Roles less than Full-Time will be prorated. Please note, per diem employees are not eligible for the signing bonus.

To be eligible:

• Current and former BILH candidates - restrictions apply. Employees within the BILH system are not eligible for the bonus or if you have been employed by a BILH entity within the last 12-months.

• If you leave Lahey Hospital & Medical Center before your first anniversary you will pay back the signing bonus.

• Please note, signing bonuses are subject to change based on the organizations hiring needs and will be determined by Talent Acquisition on an ongoing basis. BILH/LHMC Talent Acquisition reserves the right to change signing bonus eligible jobs and amounts at any time.

Job Description:

Lahey believes that the nurse-patient relationship, continuity of care and personal accountability are central to the delivery of individualized high quality patient care. As Lahey continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and qualified nurses for our Vascular Access Team

At Lahey Hospital & Medical Center we utilize complete computerized charting (EPIC) for patient assessment and care documentation, and to electronically record medication administration for the delivery of all medications provided to their patients. Along with excellent critical thinking skills, a desire to exceed patient expectations and good interpersonal skills, we require:

• State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility)

• ASN (BSN preferred)

• At least one year of nursing experience

• Vascular Access experience preferred
