Sales Enablement Intern

Position summary

Sales enablement is the process of providing the sales organization with the information, content and tools that help salespeople sell more effectively. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Sales Enablement Team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will get exposure to a diverse group of sales support and marketing people and learn first-hand how a sales enablement organization works in the IT industry. You will get to work collaboratively to resolve problems and try out fresh ideas and get the opportunity to work in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, is technically savvy, is a team player, and is excited to learn from and work with a dynamic group of sales enablement and marketing professionals. This internship will help you acquire project management and content management skills. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in sales enablement and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Support line of business sales enablement leads with key projects.

  • Help with the development, updating, and maintenance of sales playbooks, SalesHood learning platform, and OneMob resources.

  • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the sales tools databases up to date.

  • Contribute to GTM product/service launch sales-readiness deliverables, including sales assets and training methodology.

  • Assist in the development, administration and coordination of specific training schedules and programs, including new hire training, the annual sales kick off, and ongoing sales skills training.

Knowledge, skills, and qualifications

  • Working toward a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or equivalent field.

  • Detail oriented, efficient, and able to promptly meet deadlines.

  • Strong project management and exceptional writing skills desired.

  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring our programs to life.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other business systems.
