Keurig Dr Pepper Sales Planning Analyst in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Overview

The Sales Planning Analyst will be a key resource for the Warehouse Direct National Accounts business, with a focus on developing, implementing and maintaining the analytics & reporting structure within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) organization. This person will provide critical analytical support to cross-functional business partners, acting as the point of contact with these teams to help analyze data and interpret trends, evaluate the impact of strategic decisions, and determine the performance of key products. This role requires a keen interest in learning about a business, a desire for continuous learning in a variety of systems and analytical tools/methods, and the ability to contribute to the process of making sound business decisions.

What you will do:

Develop a deep understanding of commercial objectives and key drivers of the business while developing the mechanisms and processes to communicate these metrics to leadership

Help the company develop a deeper understanding of business drivers and provide actionable recommendations on how to assess key business assumptions

Provide ad-hoc business modeling for long-term strategic planning, short-term high level targets and other business activities

Manage the development, design, automation & maintenance of weekly, monthly & quarterly business reporting and routines

Develop integrated analytics, projections, reports and presentations necessary to support the business needs

Maintain relationships with stakeholders in all departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Research & Development, Supply Chain, etc.

What oyu must have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

Proficient and comfortable with analytics fundamentals

Strong MS Excel skills preferred (intermediate knowledge of macros a plus)

Prior experience working in MS Access a plus

Firm understanding of terms for business analytics & business intelligence based on coursework or practical experience (including internships)

Interest and willingness to learn and work within a variety of internal business systems (ex. SAP) and syndicated datasets (ex. IRI, NPD, 1010data)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others

Ability to work flexible hours as required

Good organizational skills, time management skills, and able to handle a high work volume

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately

Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

Ability to travel occasionally
