Kforce has a client in Burlington, MA that is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Payroll to join their team!Summary:The Senior Director of Payroll will be responsible for directing all aspects of payroll operations, which include overseeing company payments, reviewing payroll changes, and compiling payroll summaries for management review.

• 10 plus years of payroll experience

• Proven experience as a Payroll Director or Payroll Manager

• Hands-on experience with payroll software UKG or similar

• Familiarity with HRIS UKG

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
