Keurig Dr Pepper Senior Financial Analyst- Product Finance in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Appliance team. The role will support the Appliance Product team on new innovation, evaluating the return on investment and overall impact to the business for each program. Forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and modeling will be key activities of the role. This individual will develop an in-depth knowledge of the business areas supported (i.e. structure, objectives, product portfolio, budgets, forecasts, etc.) and use this knowledge to influence decision making.

What you will do:

  • Own the New Product Development financial process for Away From Home Appliance programs

  • Develop model and track key metrics for each program such as NPV, ROI, and other KPIs in order to evaluate effectiveness of investments and overall impact to the business

  • Support cross-functional teams and agile squads in standard financial requirements, scenario analysis, as well as ad-hoc requests

  • Provide financial analysis, models, and guidance on the appliance portfolio to help drive decision making and strategic direction

  • Create and maintain process documentation

  • Assist in the forecasting and reporting process for appliances

  • Organize data from the company’s various data-base repositories to create/refresh financial models

  • Take a lead role in identifying opportunities and develop processes to track results to inform key decision-makers and continually improve process outcomes

  • Support internal customer requests and any ad hoc analysis

  • Perform other job related duties as requested by management

Requirements

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field

  • Three + years of relevant finance experience preferred

  • Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and building financial models

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

  • Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms (SAP, Hyperion & Anaplan a plus)

  • Proficient in fundamentals of Corporate Finance and modeling of business scenarios

  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus

  • Detailed and process improvement oriented

  • Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

  • Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose positive business solutions to complex problems

  • Strong drive for results and complex problems solving skills coupled with the ability to build solid strategic working relationships

  • Must be organized and adaptable, able to multi-task and take on additional responsibilities as necessary

  • Ability to influence business decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; comfortable communicating with management

  • Ability to follow Keurig Green Mountain policies and procedures, as well as our operating principles
