Microsoft Corporation Senior Product Marketing Manager in Burlington, Massachusetts

The Health and Life Sciences (HLS) organization is transforming healthcare with innovative AI solutions that alleviate administrative burdens from clinicians, improve patient experiences , accelerate drug discovery and much more. Our HLS industry marketing team is a high impact and collaborative group that works cross-functionally with partners in engineering, finance, sales to ensure we achieve commercial success with our products.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager in the HLS industry marketing team , you will lead portfolio planning with a focus on solutions for radiologists and medical imaging . You will leverage business, technical, and marketing expertise to help define and align key stakeholders on our strategy to successfully achieve market share and revenue growth with our leading technology and AI solutions. You will lead planning and GTM strategy workstreams for new product launches , as well as portfolio changes and product lifecycle transitions .

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering to align on feature and release timelines and identify related GTM needs to support successful market impact.

  • Build upon the knowledge of others (engineering, marketing business planning, finance) and drive cross-group alignment on HLS portfolio priorities, with clear definition of success

  • ​Drive alignment on go-to-market North Star strategies for our products, with clearly articulated market opportunities, product truth and our plan to reach customers and capture market share

  • Help shape product packaging and pricing decisions in partnership with business planning and finance.

  • Lead across functions by creating clarity on our go-to-market plans, identifying cross-functional impacts and partnering with colleagues to ensure aligned execution.

  • Communicate status, risks, and blockers regularly with extended stakeholder group, and work collaboratively to overcome.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience

  • Experience in product marketing, product management, GTM strategy and/or program management

  • Experience in and understanding of the healthcare industry

  • Experience assembling clear narratives for executive stakeholders from a complex set of data points and considerations

  • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams through driving alignment and achieving results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience

  • Experience in strategy or management consulting, with specific experience in GTM strategies for healthcare technology solutions

  • Knowledge and experience with radiology and/or imaging technology solutions

  • Understanding of Microsoft’s cloud and AI solutions, business strategy and healthcare offerings

  • Demonstrated ability to apply rigorous, principled and structured thinking skills to solve problems and address opportunities

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
