Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, highly technical engineering manager who enjoys both managing technical complexity and coaching a team of skilled engineers working on an innovative new product. Your team will participate in a scaled agile process within a larger, collaborative engineering organization to regularly deliver new features and functionality.

Engineering Experience : 5+ years

Leadership Experience: 2+ years

Education: B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or relevant work experience

You should be eager to:

  • Provide code reviews in select circumstances

  • Have a solid handle on the details of the software architecture

  • Understand the deployment environment and process

  • Develop creative solutions to emergent problems

  • Clearly explain the impact of engineering decisions on business objectives to a non-technical audience

  • Coach team members through challenges and aid in their career development

  • Promote the use of modern development practices, tools, and workflows

  • Resolve interpersonal communication issues and conflicts

  • Work collaboratively with other engineering managers and technical leaders to solve problems across the program
