Provides management advisory services and technical, procedural and evaluative assistance to managers/supervisors and employees in the area of injury compensation.

AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Open only to all current members of the 102nd Intelligence Wing, Otis ANGB, Massachusetts Air National Guard
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have experience, education or training which involves the exercise of analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and personal responsibility, and application of a substantial body of knowledge of principles, concepts and practices applicable to one or more fields of administration or management. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:Must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting basic concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements.
Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience: Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree, in an accredited college or university, meets the GS-5 level requirements.
You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
