Job Function:Finance Job-Specific Responsibilities:Together with a second Accounts Payable staff member, this position is responsible for accounts payable functions for the Department of Systems Biology. Works as a team with grants managers, financial analysts and lab operations staff to ensure that purchase orders and invoices are processed for payment in a timely manner and that any discrepancies or vendor issues are resolved before payments. Manages travel reimbursements and a petty cash fund.
