ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, CONSTITUENT GIVING, ANNUAL GIVING, Sloan School of Management-Office of External Relations, to serve as an integral member of the Annual Giving team that produces revenue-generating content and manage participatory donors who give up to $500. Will be responsible for the strategy, content creation, execution, and success of all direct marketing solicitations and annual giving cultivation and stewardship pieces. Will create and implement a revenue-generating direct marketing strategy that aligns with communications plan, facilitating approvals and requesting data; collaborate with the director of annual giving to identify revenue-generating opportunities in direct marketing; plan and execute a successful annual giving day; serve as liaison to MIT’s development office, collaborating on five major appeals and the 24-Hour Challenge; make strategic decisions based on data, analyze how direct marketing pieces performed, and implement plans accordingly; coordinate with annual giving coordinator to successfully complete 25-30 direct marketing pieces; identifying segmentation needs; managing relationships with external vendors and managing direct marketing budget; collaborating with Annual Giving team on revenue-generating projects and ensuring the success of team goals; participating in and supporting all staff high-profile alumni events; and contributing to the mission of the Office of External Relations. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; four years of communications/marketing experience; good judgement, ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, work productively and effectively in a remote setting, and successfully project manage; and willingness to be flexible and adapt plans.
