Job Title: Associate Director of Veeva Event Systems

Location: Cambridge, MA or Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid)

As the Associate Director, Events Systems at Sanofi, you will support our North America sales teams across General Medicines, Vaccines, and Specialty Care by managing speaker programs and events systems. Collaborating with Senior Sales, marketing, compliance, and digital teams, you will ensure seamless system integration and compliance in support of organizational objectives. This role is critical in ensuring best-in-class processes for promotional programs and events.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end process for speaker contract on-boarding, Veeva events, and annual promotional events.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, vendors, field sales leadership, and compliance to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.

• Manage event systems and ensure seamless integration with systems such as HR data, transparency, customer master, and finance.

• Oversee UAT testing, technical enhancements, and system maintenance for events and congresses.

• Lead project execution for product launches, field sales realignments, and training calendar development.

• Serve as the principal contact for alliance colleagues and ensure compliant cross-alliance processes.

• Provide accurate reporting and response for transparency and Sunshine Act compliance.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience working with cross-functional teams

• Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Experience in a commercial pharmaceutical or equivalent environment.

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; with demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce, Veeva, and / or QlikSense.

• Flexible and able to adapt to changing business priorities.

• Demonstrated experience with project management in pharma or biotech is preferred.
