responsibilities:

The analytical development department has an exciting opportunity for a motivated scientist to gain insights and hands-on experience with development of innovative methods for the analysis of the products manufactured at the company. The role also offers the opportunity to have visibility to and interact with colleagues from process development, quality, and regulatory CMC groups.

The major role of this position is to focus on establishing analytical methods?of coupling separation mode, e.g. ion exchange chromatography (IEC), hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC), with native mass spectrometry (MS) for the direct characterization of variants in protein therapeutics.

qualifications:

  • Bachelor and master's in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a similar discipline.

  • Basic laboratory skills such as pipetting, dilution, etc.

  • Background in analytical chemistry or with experience in analytical work is highly preferred.

  • Ideal to have knowledge and understanding of chromatography and LC-MS related techniques but not required.

  • Some computer skills and basic Microsoft applications
