East Cambridge Savings Banks Human Resources Division is actively recruiting for an Assistant Manager-Compensation & Benefits. Function: Under the general direction of the Vice President Sr. Human Resources Manager, assists with the coordination and implementation of compensation and benefits programs in accordance with established Bank policies, procedures and strategic goals. We are looking for candidates with: *Bachelor\'s degree or its equivalent through specialized course work and training *At least three years of experience in Human Resources including compensation, payroll processing and benefits administration. Experience with ADP preferred; experience with other payroll/HRIS software helpful. *At least one year of supervisory experience *Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and verbal communication skills *Strong written communication skills, which includes the ability to draft correspondence, memos and letters *Diligent in resolving issues as they arise, determining root cause and implementing preventive measures *Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines *Working knowledge of Microsoft Word *Proficient with Microsoft Excel Contact our Human Resources Division or visit https://www.ecsb.com/about-us/careers for more details and to apply.
