Job Title: Audit Manager, Supplier Contract Audit

Primary Location: Bridgewater NJ or Cambridge MA

Join Sanofi’s Contract Excellence team as an Audit Manager, Supplier Contract Audit, where you’ll be part of the Supplier Contract Audit team. Your role will be pivotal in continuously enhancing Sanofi’s relationship with its suppliers, and i maximizing the value of its contracts through the verification of the supplier’s adherence to the agreed upon contractual provisions and more generally the improvement of supplier governance improvement opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

• Execute detailed audits of target suppliers and contracts to assess adherence to agree upon contract and financial terms/conditions as well as contract governance

• Document and report detailed observations and instances of non-compliance notably associated with historic financial findings, potential ongoing savings opportunities, and process improvements

• Quantify financial findings and confirm factual accuracy with the business, Procurement, Finance and Supplier(s)

• Conduct planning activities to identify risks and develop appropriate risk-based audit procedures

• Conduct target and segmentation activities based on qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify prospective supplier and contract targets under the supervision of the Supplier Contract Audit Directors

• Maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships across Legal, Procurement, Finance and the business to support simplification and standardization in contracting operations/processes, and to strengthen the contracting control environment

• Partner with the other streams of the Contract Excellence team as well as the rest of Procurement Services organization to help ensuring efficiency of end-to-end contract lifecycle management, leveraging notably lessons learnt from the audit assignments

About you:

• A BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline

• 3+ years of prior experience in either public accounting, external/internal audit (Big 4 a plus), including experience in forensic, financial, operational, or compliance auditing. A substantial experience in Procurement and suppliers' management would also be a valuable profile

• Results oriented with problem solving and strong analytics skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in developing written reports and delivering presentations; effective collaborator with strong trust-building and influencing skills

• Ability to travel approximately up to 25% of the time, including international travel, and ability to work with a global and diverse team

• Previous experience with data analytics experience (specifically with visualization tools such as PowerBI, QlikView, and Tableau) and ERPs (SAP) is a plus

• Experience in healthcare and/or life-science industry
