As a Business Program Manager for US Marketing & Operations (M&O) Area Transformation Office (ATO), you will join a newly formed sub-team focused on change execution and portfolio management. You will be accountable for bringing together and project managing change and transformation projects to deliver strategic initiatives from scoping to completion. You will also establish mechanisms to measure ROI and on-going effectiveness. To be successful in this role, you must be capable of planning and delivering complex projects. You will also interface with stakeholders from across the organization with clarity and energy and ultimately deliver results. You will be able to build productive working relationships and accommodate the work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. You will be able to take feedback and adapt to constantly changing environments, in addition to proactively sharing ideas that advance the business. This is a highly visible role with regular contact with senior leadership, and demands accountability and professional demeanor.
You will play a critical role in building and executing the PMO infrastructure to support long and short-term strategic initiatives. You will ensure we have the right process and measurements in place to evaluate ROI and help set our future direction. This includes:
Intake – Prioritize, align, assess, and define project plans with key stakeholders and contract with the business on scope and delivery.
Prioritization & Alignment – Provide progress updates, portfolio management, and swarming capabilities in a nimble fashion using a range of project management tools including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Change Execution – Design and implement change management project plans and support the development of a bill of materials.
Change Adoption – Build plans to ensure sustainability, adoption, and transfer of ownership to the business for run phase and provide resistance management.
Other Responsibilities include:
Collaborate and partner with segment teams, field sales leaders and product marketing to drive longer term strategy.
Create listening systems to ensure the right business challenges are identified and addressed.
Understand the project vision and timelines to ensure delivery happens in line with business requirements and manage communication within and across project teams proactively identify risks and mitigations.
Managing schedules for collaborating with team members to track milestone deliverables and drive project management.
Strategic thinking (long term, preventative risk mitigation) and orchestration of complex support planning.
4+ years experience in program management, project management, and/or business management within sales excellence, business planning, sales operations, and/or finance
Experience designing, building, and executing multiple programs simultaneously and at scale through ambiguity
Ability to work and build strong relationships with senior managers
Intermediate conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Strong self-motivation, highly adaptable, and a fierce advocate/influencer with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome
Problem-solving ability, especially in gathering data to drive decision making under stringent timelines
Analytical and able to understand business metrics, customer and market trends
History of driving operational discipline as well as innovation
Strong oral and written communication,organization,and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required and/or experience in relevant fields ex: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance. Agile/Scrum methodology frameworks highly preferred.
Can work remotely anywhere in the US. Must be willing to work flexible business hours that span across North American time zones.
