Card Services Representative

Reporting to our Card Services Manager, the Card Services Representative is responsible for the following:
• Responding to email and phone inquiries from credit union personnel and members.
• Auditing debit card lost and stolen report.
• Monitoring fraud credit card reports and makes necessary changes to resolve errors.
• Monitoring and processing dispute and fraud DocuSign forms.
• Reviewing and processing new credit card orders on hold and rejected.
• Downloading and processing suspicious or fraudulent card activity spreadsheets.
• Interacting with merchants, card processors, and members to facilitate the processing and resolution of disputes and fraud cases.
• Entering dispute and fraud transactions to tracking spreadsheet and creates close out letters.
• Entering chargebacks in accordance with MasterCard regulations.
• Scanning dispute and fraud forms to document management system.
• Attending trainings on chargebacks, disputes and fraud regulation as required.
• Providing back up for the Fraud and Dispute Specialist and other Card Services staff.
• Performing other job related duties and projects as necessary.

This role will also provide timely, accurate and professional assistance to members and staff. Provides back up for the Fraud and Dispute Specialist, as needed.
