Additional Qualifications and Skills:
Excelling at this job requires strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills; the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines, evolving scope, and diverse stakeholders; comfort conducting interviews as well as library and online research; the ability to give, receive, and adapt to feedback and work independently while seeking guidance as needed from CRG peers and faculty clients.
Knowledge of a foreign language, a particular geographic region, a specific industry, or HBS curriculum is preferred. Knowledge of HBS structure, systems, processes, and an interest in business is helpful.

To do so, case researchers have the opportunity to visit many kinds of organizations all over the world and interview key decision makers about their most pressing challenges and organizational dilemmas. In addition to interviews work, we gather library research, and then we write. We are a tightly knit, highly collaborative, feedback-driven team.
