Job Description

About the role:

Providing strategic partnership and executive leadership support on change management and communications the C&C Partner will act as a single point of contact for leaders and teams regarding the change and communications services (Internal OCM, OCM as a Service, Internal Communications, External Communications)•Deliver best in class change and comms services across all products and projects.

How you will contribute:

  • Oversee delivery of best-in-class change management & communication strategies

  • Champion and drive change and comms within the organization and related projects

  • Influence and lead change management for product developments, services, release management planning and deployments

  • Operate as an internal service provider for the realization of the Product roadmaps.

  • Serve as a senior point of escalation for change and comms and act as the executive relationship manager for key strategic partners.

  • Delivery and management of change management services aligned to our standarized OCM methodolgies.

  • Delivery of communications services aligned to the DD&T vision and ensuring an effective people experience. Ensuring audiences are informed effectively about products, strategies and roadmap.

  • Execution of activities and services as required

  • Create communications plans, presentations, talking points, and other communications objects to amplify digital messages.

  • Provide guidance on best practice as required

  • Collect and maintain success metrics to demonstrate return on investment of digital initiatives and communications efforts.

  • Remain current on digital and emerging technologies and trends.

  • As a member of the Change and Communications team support other team activities as needed

  • All other duties reasonably required of the position

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Appropriate Bachelor’s in related specialization area (e.g. Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Training, IS) is essential.

    • years of experience in an area of Communications or Organizational Change Management
  • Communication – ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.

  • Analytical Skills – ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.

  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, change networks

  • Experience in change management for Digital/Technology products.

  • Experience in business partnering providing a support service internally to business stakeholders

  • Ability to lead change in a cross-functional organization

  • Ability to work successfully in multi-cultural teams and to build strong relationships with key local and global stakeholders

  • A strong executor, ability to implement deliverables in a timely and effective manner

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Excellent English language skills

  • Solid IT skills and a quick learner

  • Open to new ways of working and applying new methodologies

  • Flexibility to travel to countries/regions where necessary.

For Location:

Cambridge, MA

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$108,500.00 - $170,500.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
