    Job Description

CLIENT RELATIONS COORDINATOR, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), to be responsible for proactive and productive client relationship management with member companies within CSAIL Alliances (https://cap.csail.mit.edu/) and related research initiatives. Responsibilities will include managing membership renewals and retention activities; proactively reaching out to and maintain ongoing interactions with member companies to discuss beneficial Alliances’ activities and opportunities to grow the relationship with CSAIL; researching and developing a thorough understanding of major business and technology issues facing member companies in order to better learn their priorities; and providing monthly briefings to the team. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, business, or related area; at least two years of experience working in membership development, client relations, or professional development; account management experience; and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment across all levels with faculty, staff, company representatives, and others.
