Philips Continuous Improvement Lead, HPM in Cambridge, Massachusetts

You will directly impact how Hospital Patient Monitoring is changing the world of healthcare systems, physicians, nursing staff and patients. This is a rare opportunity to work and collaborate on strategy deployment and continuous improvement in a global, high-innovation, high-value, big market share, Health Technology business!

Your role:

  • Drive performance management, program management, and strategy execution to deliver the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) perform and transform roadmap.

  • Manage and deliver the Lean and continuous improvement capabilities roadmap, facilitate the problem-solving priorities for the business, and be a key enabler in implementing the HPM Hoshin Kanri.

  • Be a trusted leader and coach in this strategic and transformative role, contributing to the overall $2.5B HPM business and growth strategy

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in deploying, training, and coaching Lean and Continuous Improvement in mid-size teams or organizations

  • Your skills include expert process mapping, data analysis, data structuring, and data visualization capabilities

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You are a certified Lean Practitioner or Expert and have a track record of success in structured problem solving, daily management, transformational initiatives and process improvements
