A Kforce client in Cambridge, Massachusetts (MA) is seeking to hire a remote Controller.Summary:This client is a growing consulting firm that provides various forms of support to their clients, and they provide an excellent work/life balance. • Controller will manage the month-end close and reporting process

• Prepare financial reports

• Produce budgets, variance analyses, and forecasts

• Process payroll

• Oversee the 401K plan

• Set up and maintain health benefits

• Maintain insurance policies

• As a Controller, you will handle AP and vendor payments

• Onboard new employees

• Maintain census and employee records

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA license

• 6 years of related experience

• Public accounting experience within life sciences; Big 4 is ideal

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
